Harbin Institute of technology (HIT)   ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองฮาร์บิน ซึ่งอยู่ทางตอนเหนือของประเทศจีน ฮาร์บินเป็นเมืองที่มีชื่อเสียงโด่งดังไปทั่วทุกสารทิศ โดยเฉพาะงานเทศกาลโคมแกะสลักน้ำแข็งอันเลื่องชื่อ ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี ค.ศ.1920 เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่เน้นด้านวิศวกรรม วิทยาศาสตร์และงานวิจัยเป็นหลัก และยังเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยของจีนที่มีชื่อเสียงทางด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์อีกด้วย ปัจจุบัน HIT เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำอันดับที่เก้าของประเทศจีนที่เน้นการสร้างและการพัฒนาเพื่อมุ่งสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21 HIT มีคณาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ อาทิ ศาสตราจารย์และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์มากกว่า 3,000 คน อาจารย์ระดับปริญญาเอกอีกกว่า 500 คน

    1. อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป แต่ไม่เกิน 35 ปี

    2. สุขภาพแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์์

    3. จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมปลาย

• หลักฐานการสมัคร

    1. รูปถ่ายสี ขนาด 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 5 รูป

    2. หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) มีอายุเหลือไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน นับจากวันเดินทาง์

    3. ใบจบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมปลาย (Certificate)

    4. ใบผลการศึกษา (Transcript)

    5. ใบรับรองจากทางอาจารย์ 2 ท่าน
